Who Am I?
I was born on February 11, 1983. I began my education in Bursa, where I completed my primary and secondary schooling. I finished high school at Bozüyük Anatolian Teacher High School, and then I was accepted into the Department of Chemistry at Manisa Celal Bayar University.
My university years were not only an academic process but also the first steps of my personal development journey. During this time, I received various trainings in personal development and quality management systems. Before graduating, I entered the professional world and worked for many years in different companies as a Quality Manager and consultant.
However, life was not only about career steps.
Within the intensity of my professional life, different questions gradually began to arise within me:
“Who am I?”
“What am I truly living?”
“Is there a meaning beyond what is visible in life?”
These questions invited me into an inner journey.
The year 2018 became a turning point in my life. That year, I realized that everything we experience is more a reflection of our inner world than the outer one. Our fears, thoughts, and beliefs… all of them create our own energy field and shape our life experience.
A sentence I heard during a training opened a door within me:
“To think is to bring into existence through thought…”
And in that moment, I understood:
It is no longer just about thinking, but about BEING.
With this awareness, I began to deepen my studies in fields such as breathwork and life coaching, bioenergy, subconscious work, NLP, EFT, and spiritual coaching. But even before the trainings I received, I experienced the greatest transformation within myself. I witnessed how the work I did on myself transformed my life.
And I realized:
True change is born not from knowledge, but from experience.
For this reason, in 2022, with the intention of “may what is good for me be good for everyone,” I began offering coaching and consulting sessions.
In my work today, I share not only methods, but also the experience, compassion, and awareness distilled from my own inner journey.
I believe that:
When a person returns to their essence,
when they remember their own frequency,
their entire relationship with life transforms.
And on this journey,
I am here not only to guide people,
but to create a space where they can remember their own inner light.
